Rosa Lopez

Rosa Lopez has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rosa started their career in 1994 as an Assistant Human Resources Manager at Newton New Haven Die Casting, where they were responsible for coordinating daily HR activities and overseeing recruiting and benefits administration. Rosa then joined Coca Cola Enterprise as an Employee Relations Manager, focusing on executing HR policies and practices and managing the organization's diversity plan.

In 2002, Rosa moved to New Balance Athletic Shoe as a Human Resources Manager, where they handled HR responsibilities for professional and warehouse staff. Rosa also served as a liaison between labor attorney in Mexico and general counsel in the US for employee terminations. After that, they joined Merrimack Valley YMCA as the Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR functions for the organization.

Rosa then transitioned to PAREXEL, where they held various HR roles, including Human Resources Business Partner and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner. Rosa also served as a Human Resources Operation Partner during their tenure.

In 2020, they joined Straumann Group as a People & Culture Manager, focusing on HR management and development. Most recently, Rosa Lopez has worked at Laborie as a Senior Human Resources Manager and currently holds the role of Human Resources Director.

Rosa Lopez completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Mount Washington College, from 2008-2013. Before that, they attended Pace University from 1990-1992 but did not obtain a degree. It is unknown whether they attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell or pursued any further education.
