Darren Ennis

Darren Ennis has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as Managing Director at Haywoods Contracts Ltd and Haywoods Creative Solutions, overseeing operations in blind manufacturing and tailored business solutions since 1999 and 2024, respectively. Additionally, Darren has been a District Councillor for Lichfield District Council since 2019, involved in various governance and community representation roles, including serving on the Shadow Cabinet for Leisure and Major Projects and the Shadow Cabinet for Fairer and More Prosperous Economy. As Leader of Burntwood Town Council since 2015, responsibilities include guiding the Council’s corporate objectives and representing its interests. Darren also holds positions as Managing Director of Haywoods Blinds Limited and Treasurer for Grangemoor Working Mens Club, displaying a commitment to local business and community development. Education includes NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Administration from Babbington Business College and Advanced GNVQ in Business Studies from Chasetown High School.
