Lauren Allpress

Lauren Allpress is a seasoned campaign and innovation manager currently with The Labour Party since April 2023, where previous roles included election strategy and campaigns manager. With extensive experience in community organizing, Allpress served as the community organising and digital content lead for Airbnb in EMEA from April 2016 to November 2022. Additional roles include non-executive director at Funny Women CIC since February 2022, head of field operations for Yvette for Labour in 2015, and regional organiser positions with both Welsh Labour and The Labour Party, demonstrating a strong background in political campaign management. Allpress holds a 2:1 degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Leeds, completed in 2010.
