Kirti Vardhana

Kirti Vardhana is an experienced professional with a robust background in vocational skills development and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Consulting & Products at LabourNet Services India (Pvt) Ltd since August 2012, Kirti manages the P&L for the consulting team and leads product development and solution design for vocational skills-related initiatives. Prior to this role, Kirti was the Business Head of the Consulting Vertical at Manipal Universal Learning, overseeing various consulting projects and product rollouts. Kirti's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Lead in Employee Relations at Infosys, where responsibilities spanned employee engagement and HR initiatives. Kirti began the career as a Senior Executive in HR at MeritTrac Services Pvt Ltd, focusing on talent sourcing and selection. Kirti's educational qualifications include a Fellow designation from the Acumen India Fellows Program, a Certificate Course in Social Entrepreneurship from the Centre for Social Initiative and Management, a B.Com in Business Management from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College, and a PGDHRM in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
