Busisiwe Mavuso

Busisiwe Mavuso is an experienced professional in human resources and consulting. Currently serving as a SDEE Consultant at LabourNet since August 2022, Mavuso previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at EDM from January 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing the department, implementing performance management systems, facilitating skills development, and identifying BBBEE benefits. Mavuso's earlier experience includes working as an HR Consultant at LabourNet from September 2017 to January 2021, focusing on skills development, employment equity, and facilitation. Prior roles include Examination Assistant at the Gauteng Department of Education, providing support during the final matric exams. Mavuso holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from Rhodes University and a Bachelor’s Degree followed by an Honors Degree in Psychology from the University of South Africa.
