Rene Deysel

Rene Deysel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and training management. Currently serving as the Transformation and Training Product Manager at LabourNet since September 2012, Rene has successfully led a team of Transformation Specialists, achieving significant growth in product offerings since 2018. Prior roles include Transformation Team Leader and Human Resources Officer, where responsibilities encompassed managing B-BBEE, Skills Development, and Employment Equity projects, as well as recruitment and performance management. Earlier experience includes an Account Manager position at Morgan Spencer Consulting, focusing on recruitment and client management. Rene holds a Management Development Programme in B-BBEE from Wits Business School, a Programme in Human Resource Management from the University of South Africa, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.
