Siyabonga Mdzikwa

Siyabonga Mdzikwa serves as a Senior Industrial Relations Consultant at LabourNet since July 2020, providing expert industrial relations advice, chairing disciplinary inquiries, and handling wage negotiations, strike management, and collective bargaining. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Advisor at Lexcorp Legal Exchange Corporation (March 2019 - October 2021) and Hive Consultancy (February 2017 - May 2020), offering legal and financial guidance as well as drafting employment contracts. Siyabonga has also contributed as Overseer for the Spread Love Foundation (December 2017 - November 2020) and has experience with the National Treasury of South Africa and the National Prosecuting Authority. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Free State and practical legal training from the Law Society of South Africa.
