Mika Siitonen

Mika Siitonen has extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as the Head of Digital Health and Business Development Manager at Labquality since November 2020, focusing on business expansion and MD/IVD consulting. Prior to this role, Mika held positions as Medical Development Manager and Product Development Specialist, specializing in market entry strategies, quality management systems, and compliance with MDR and IVDR regulations. Experience includes roles as Project Manager at Inion Oy, R&D Engineer at Adwatec Oy, and Product Development Engineer at ConMed Linvatec Biomaterials ltd., complemented by leadership roles in previous companies. Mika holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology and Tampere University of Applied Sciences, respectively.
