Erich Wuhrman, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced executive with a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as COO at LABR since May 2023, Wuhrman also operates Wuhrman Consulting, focusing on talent acquisition and startup advising while actively participating in early-stage angel investing through Grand Angels in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Previous roles include Head of Talent Acquisition at 20Fathoms, VP of HR at Trupanion (NASDAQ: TRUP), Director of Recruiting at iMatch Search, and VP of Recruiting at A Place For Mom Inc. Wuhrman began a career in recruiting with roles at Microsoft and 360 networks, gaining extensive experience in the tech and telecommunications sectors as well as in senior housing and real estate marketing industries.
