Sara Kahlau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director for ANZ at Outsized, Sara is also a member of WOMEN IN TECH ® Global. Previously, at Toptal, Sara held multiple positions including Senior Director of Innovation & Experience Consulting and Customer Experience & Brand Strategist. As Director of Growth & Client Experience (CCO/CMO) at Griffith Hack, Sara focused on enhancing client relations and business growth. Sara's career also includes key roles at icare NSW as Group Executive of Customer & Community and General Manager of Transformation. Educationally, Sara holds a Bachelor of Business with double majors in Marketing Communications and Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
