Greg Luciano

Greg Luciano currently serves as the Head of Customer Success and Support at Labra, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this, Greg was the Global Head of Customer Success at Contentstack from May 2014 to September 2025, where responsibilities included building a robust Customer Success team and achieving high retention rates during multiple funding stages. Greg also held various director-level positions at Contentstack, focusing on customer relations, strategic alliances, and service delivery. Earlier career roles included project management at both Raw Engineering and Intertek, where Greg was involved in quality assurance and software testing for mobile and desktop applications. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Las Positas College and a high school diploma from Amador Valley High School.
