Mike Dooley

CEO at Labrador Systems

Mike Dooley is the CEO of Labrador Systems. Mike was previously the Vice President of Product and Business Development at iRobot from October 2012 to June 2017. At iRobot, they led the exploration of new opportunities to expand iRobot's product road map. Mike also managed the full cycle from idea to validation, including initial concept exploration and market selection to the development of robust looks-like works-like prototypes and fielding of customer trials.

Before joining iRobot, Dooley was the Vice President of Product Development at Evolution Robotics from May 2006 to October 2012. At Evolution Robotics, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the product, including industrial deign, mechanical engineering, electronics, firmware, user experience, manufacturing and QA. Mike was also awarded multiple patents related to the navigation algorithms, sensor design and cleaning systems.

Mike Dooley has an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Tufts University.
