Mpshr Andrea Robalino

Andrea Robalino holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resources Management and Employment Relations from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University. With a career in human resources, Andrea currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner and previously held the role of Human Resources Generalist at Laboratory Testing Inc. since January 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Generalist at Interstate from April 2021 to December 2021, and various roles at Syneos Health from October 2011 to May 2017, including Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Advisor, along with experience as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Additionally, Andrea completed an internship as a Translation and Interpretation Intern with the Spanish Language Unit at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office in the summer of 2011.
