Glenn started their career in 2000 at Intermix Media as a Web Developer, where they primarily worked with ColdFusion. Glenn also gained experience in PHP and .NET during their time there. After that, they worked at LiveUniverse as a Web Developer, focusing on .NET web applications and backend services.

In 2006, Glenn joined Fox Interactive Media as a Senior Software Developer, and later moved to Neogov, where they provided ColdFusion legacy support for their web-based job-board and recruiting application.

Glenn then had a role as a Web Developer at Travizon from 2010 to 2011, and at Lateral Group in 2013, where they worked on an SSIS package for Schwab using ColdFusion and the Coldbox framework.

In 2014, Glenn worked at Ascend Learning as a Web Developer for a brief period. Glenn then joined Enscight, a B2B company serving the biotech sector, where they worked as a Developer. Glenn focused on .NET web development, PIM/MAM integration, and custom data imports/exports.
