Martina Salander is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Transformation Manager at LACE Partners since August 2022. Previously, Martina held the position of Director of Employee Development at Hult EF Corporate Education, where responsibilities included shaping company culture during a merger and developing employer branding strategies. Prior to that role, Martina served as Head of Internal Communications for EF Education First, managing global communications strategies for a B2B division and enhancing employee engagement through effective feedback channels. Martina's career includes various positions at EF Education First, from managing internal communications to participating as a global management trainee. Additionally, Martina gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Harvard Business School and held internships in public affairs and communications. Martina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Secondary Field in Economics from Harvard University.
