Jon Fjalstad started their work experience in 1990 as a Marketing Specialist at Northwest Airlines. In 1993, they joined The Lacek Group as a Senior Partner - Senior Vice President, where they developed and managed loyalty programs, primarily in the travel and airline industry. Jon currently manages the United Airlines account for The Lacek Group and has also managed or consulted on various other accounts, including Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. In 2001-2002, they briefly served as a General Manager at The Lacek Group.
Jon Fjalstad obtained their BA degree in Business/Marketing from the University of St. Thomas, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
