Wanda Kauffman is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and IT restructuring. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Solutions at The Lacek Group since November 2016, Wanda's past roles include IT Director at Supervalu Inc., where significant achievements included overseeing a large-scale IT transition to managed services and slashing operations support metrics by 50%. Previously, Wanda played a crucial role in modernizing IT infrastructure and reducing costs by $8 million at Supervalu. Early in a career that began at the MN Department of Revenue, Wanda managed system administration and led programming teams.
