Jude Pérez

Jude Perez, CAIA, MBA, currently serves as the Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Principal Investment Officer at LACERA since February 2018. Prior to this role, Jude worked at the New Mexico State Personnel Office's Career Services Bureau from June 2010 to February 2018, holding positions such as Deputy Chief Investment Officer at New Mexico PERA and Investment Officer/Portfolio Manager. Jude's earlier experience includes ownership of Boardroom Snow & Skate from July 2007 to January 2011, where Jude managed all aspects of a retail store and organized community events. Additionally, Jude worked as a Land Associate at KB Home from January 2004 to July 2007, focusing on underwriting new real estate projects and managing budgets. Jude holds an MBA from UNM Anderson School of Management and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
