Phil Newton

Phil Newton is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Lachman Consultant Services, Inc. Phil previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Quintiles Transnational Corporation. With a background in law, psychology, and theology/ethics, Phil brings a well-rounded approach to managing human resources activities and functions across the Western Hemisphere. Phil also holds a Contracts Negotiations/Management Certification from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
