Thilo Röthemeyer

Thilo Richter is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in product management, solutions architecture, and technology strategy. Currently serving as VP of Product at Optimizely since September 2015, Thilo oversees the development of a digital operating system for product, engineering, and marketing teams, focusing on experimentation, feature management, and AI initiatives. Prior roles at Optimizely include Global Head of Solutions Architecture and Senior Solutions Architect, where Thilo successfully guided enterprises in implementing large-scale experimentation and personalization strategies. Previously, experience at eBay Inc. included managing substantial implementation projects that generated significant annual revenue. Thilo holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Diplom in Engineering Management/Industrial Engineering from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg.
