Ismail Taqqa currently serves as the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits at Lacoste since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ismail held positions including External - Group C&B Project Manager at Orange from November 2022 to May 2023, and Group Global Rewards Manager at Vantiva from August 2021 to November 2022. Ismail's experience also includes working as an Executive Compensation Consultant at WTW, where responsibilities involved executive compensation benchmarking, auditing structures, and managing long-term incentive plans, among other tasks. Ismail began a career in compensation and benefits analysis at AXA as an Analyst and gained initial experience as a Junior Staff member in Actuarial, Rewards & Analytics at Deloitte France. Ismail holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
