Kaoutar Lachkhem currently serves as the 1C Retail Planner for the DACH & IBERICA Markets at Lacoste, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Kaoutar was a Retail Merchandise Planner for France at Hermès from September 2022 to September 2023, responsible for weekly and monthly business management across 16 product lines and 18 stores, as well as participating in budget construction for showroom purchases in specific product categories. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Operations Manager at CHANEL from December 2020 to July 2021, where responsibilities included daily sales analysis and detailed KPI reporting. Kaoutar holds a Master 2 (M2) degree from KEDGE Business School and completed preparatory classes at Lycée Faidherbe.
