Palmyre Gaudoux currently serves as Head of HR Global Markets and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Lacoste since June 2022, focusing on recruitment and organization design for the Leadership Team of the MF Brands Group and managing global talent acquisition projects such as employer branding and recruitment strategy. Prior experience includes working as a Research Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates from July 2017 to June 2022, specializing in C-Suite recruitment for international retail and luxury sectors, and previous roles at Blank Group, Parfums Christian Dior, and Schindler Group in project management related to product feasibility and organizational development. Palmyre Gaudoux holds an MSc in Management from emlyon business school, along with academic exchange experiences at BI Norwegian Business School and East China Normal University.
