Justin "Scrappers" Morrison has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Justin "Scrappers"'smost recent role was as a Creative Director for the Danner Brand at LaCrosse Footwear Incorporated starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at NORTH as a Creative Worker from May 2015 to May 2023.

Before their time at NORTH, Justin had a long career at Scrapperstown, where they held various roles such as Artist, Creative Director, Art Director, Graphic Designer, Copy Writer, and Armpit Farter from 1978 to 2022.

Additionally, they founded Stay Wild Magazine in 2014 and served as the Founder, Creative Director, Publisher, and Main Helper until January 2020. Justin "Scrappers" describes Stay Wild as a free adventure magazine that showcases travel, action sports, and outdoor lifestyles.

Justin also worked as an Art Director at the Portland Mercury from January 2009 to April 2015 and as an Art Director & Production Manager at MauiTime from July 2011 to May 2012.

Earlier in their career, Justin ran Grass Hut, a gallery/shop/studio, with their friend Bwana Spoons from November 2006 to January 2010. They curated art shows, published zines, and painted murals.

Lastly, they worked at Wieden + Kennedy as an Art Director, Writer, Illustrator, and Conceptor from April 2006 to October 2008. Justin "Scrappers" collaborated on projects for clients like Target, Nike, Starbucks, MTV, Good Magazine, Oregon Tourism, and the American Indian College Fund. Justin "Scrappers" Morrison has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. In 1996-1997, they attended Pasadena City College, where they focused on a broad range of subjects, studying everything from 1996 to 1997. Following this, they enrolled at the College of the Redwoods from 1998 to 2000, specializing in Photography for their degree. Continuing their education, Justin attended Portland State University from 2004 to 2006, majoring in History. Finally, in the years 2006-2007, they attended Wieden + Kennedy 12, where they pursued a Creative Worker degree. During this time, they gained knowledge and skills in various areas including Copy Writing, Idea Making, Art Direction, Production, Communication, and Fun.
