Micah Davis

Micah Davis has a strong background in ecommerce and web development. Micah started their career as a web developer at Wakeside in 2003 and later became the Director of IT, overseeing the technical infrastructure of the action sports ecommerce startup. During their time at Wakeside, they led several implementations including ERP and ecommerce platforms. In 2008, Micah joined LaCrosse Footwear Incorporated as a Senior Web Developer and later became the Senior Web Designer. Micah eventually became the Director of Ecommerce, leading a team responsible for ecommerce, performance marketing, experience design, engineering, and customer service. Under their leadership, the team grew from a few individuals to over 30 talented individuals who create exceptional customer experiences.
