Jean-Paul Martin holds a Master's degree in Food Sciences and Nutrition from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs des Techniques des Industries agricoles et alimentaires. Currently, Jean-Paul serves as the Director of Quality and Food Safety at Lactalis American Group, a position Jean-Paul has held since January 2010. Prior to this role, Jean-Paul was the Assistant Plant Manager at the same company from March 1999 to June 2007.
