Harjeet Brar

Harjeet Brar is an experienced professional in the field of food safety and quality management, currently serving as the Supplier Quality and Food Safety Manager at Lactalis Canada since June 2019. Prior roles include Specification Specialist - SAP at Maple Leaf Foods Inc, where performance improvement in production quality standards was a key focus, and Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Guelph, where Harjeet developed innovative food products and facilitated undergraduate education. Earlier experience also includes managing a food research lab and interning in quality assurance and control at Verka Milk Plant in India. Harjeet holds a Master of Applied Science in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology from Punjab Agricultural University.
