Huma Ali

Huma Ali worked at Parmalat Canada for a significant portion of their career, starting in 2000. Huma held various roles within the company, including Corporate Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing and executing all quality management, quality control, and food safety activities. Huma ensured that food safety and product quality requirements were met, minimized product losses and destruction, and implemented processes that exceeded industry and regulatory standards. Additionally, they played a key role in the development and implementation of the PQMS program. In 2022, Huma Ali joined Lactalis Canada as the Director of Operations Quality and Food Safety.
