Yves Dion

Yves Dion is currently serving as the Senior Industrial Director at Lactalis Canada since October 2023. Prior to this role, Yves held multiple positions at Exceldor from July 2017 to October 2023, including Senior Operations Director for the chicken division and Plant Director. Yves also worked at Aliments ULTIMA Foods inc. from 2004 to 2017, progressing through various roles such as National Director of Manufacturing Operations and Director of Manufacturing Operations, after initially starting as Project Director. Yves holds an MBA in administration from Université de Sherbrooke, completed between 2003 and 2007, along with education from ITA St-Hyacinthe.
