Sandra Harte

Sandra Harte has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1998, they served as the Director of Demand Planning at Canandaigua Wine Company, where they led a team in forecasting and planning sales, production, and inventory. Sandra successfully implemented the Logility suite of tools and developed the Sales & Operations Planning process for the Wine Division.

From 1985 to 2006, they worked at Eastman Kodak in various roles, including Manager of Customer Service for Strategic & Key Accounts, Manager of Demand & Supply Planning, Business Process Manager, and Supply Chain Manager. Sandra also served as the Business lead for the implementation of Manugistics Demand & Supply Planning tool and SAP R3 Order to Cash, requiring changes to business processes, interface with IT, and training delivery.

At Carestream Health from 2006 to 2010, they served as the Director of WW Demand & Supply Planning, driving functional excellence across multiple business units and regions. Sandra'skey focus was on implementing Lean Initiatives to reduce inventory and achieve corporate free cash goals. Sandra also implemented new Planning processes and Sales & Operations Planning process.

Since 2013, Sandra has been with Lacy Katzen LLP, first as the Firm Administrator and later as the Director of Operations and Compliance. In their current role, they oversee operations and ensures compliance for the company.

Sandra Harte earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1985.
