Jeff Pease

Jeff Pease has a diverse work experience across various organizations. Jeff started their career in 1987 as a Youth Care Worker at Lad Lake and progressed to become a Unit Supervisor in 1991. From 2005 to 2010, they served as the Coordinator of Residential Life, followed by the role of Director of Residential Services from 2010 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Compliance and Community Relations at Lad Lake since January 2022. In addition to their work at Lad Lake, Jeff also served as a Board Member at FOMA (Friends of Mukwonago Athletics) starting from August 2019. Furthermore, they have been actively involved with the Wisconsin Association of Child and Youth Care Professionals, where they served on the Board of Directors from 2003 and held the position of President from January 2015 to December 2017.

Jeff Pease received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University in the years 2017-2018. Prior to that, they attended Waukesha County Technical College from 1985-1987, where they studied Marketing. Jeff Pease completed their high school education at Kettle Moraine High School from 1981-1985.
