Ben Potgieter

Ben Potgieter has worked in various roles in the maritime industry since 2002. Ben began their career as a Diver for Algosaibi Diving in 2002, where they were responsible for air diving tasks such as pipe line survey, valve handling, UW welding, and UW cutting. In 2003, they worked as an Air Diver for both GB Diving and Noorhoek diving. Ben then worked as a Diver/Tech for Bluestream Offshore B.V. in 2010. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a SAT Diver for Subsea 7 and Noordhoek. In 2016, they became the Marketing Director for Blossomon, and in 2020 they took on the role of Opportunity Manager for Låda Cube.

Ben Potgieter completed their Clearance Diver Part 1 from SA Navy between 1995 and 1997, with a field of study in mine clearing underwater. Ben then obtained their Cswip 3.2 u inspection from IMCA CSWIP in June 2011. Ben also holds certifications in DMT from IMCA and Project Management from USB.
