Donna Coleman

Donna Coleman has extensive experience in administrative and support roles, primarily in the legal and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Patent Secretary at Ladas & Parry LLP since September 2000, Donna manages tasks such as dictation and monthly billing through the CMS system. Prior to this role, Donna worked as an Enrollment Specialist at United Healthcare Insurance from February 1997 to August 2000, where responsibilities included data entry for new clients and updating Medicare's Benefit system. Donna holds a diploma in Business from Dr. Martin Luther King High School in Chicago and an Associate's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry from Central YMCA Community College.
