David Traitel

David Traitel is currently the Head of Legal Structuring at Ladder Capital. Prior to this, they were with Ladder Capital Finance and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. David started at Orrick in 1996 as an Associate and stayed there until 2000.

David Traitel completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and then went on to complete their Juris Doctor at the University of Michigan Law School.

They are on a team with Kevin Moclair - Chief Accounting Officer, Ed Peterson - Head of CMBS Trading and Co-Head of Securitization, and Adam Siper - Co-Head of Origination. David Traitel reports to Brian Harris, CEO.
