Heather Porter

Heather Porter is a seasoned UX Content Design Manager at Ladder, having transitioned from a Senior UX Content Designer role within the same company since June 2021. Previously, Heather worked at Wordland Design from December 2017 to June 2021 as a Senior Content Designer, where contributions included partnerships with companies such as Dropbox, Intuit, X, and Volvo Cars, along with facilitating content writing workshops at Adobe. Freelance work as a Content Designer began in August 2014, which included blogging for One Medical and various editorial roles at institutions like the University of California, Berkeley. Heather holds a Master of Fine Arts from San Francisco State University, a Master of Arts from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Iowa, all in English language and literature.
