Jamie Hale

Jamie Hale is the CEO and co-founder of Ladder, a specialized private investment firm. Jamie has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on software, information businesses, and venture capital. Prior to Ladder, Jamie was a founding partner at Aldenwood Capital and a principal at Oak Hill Venture Partners. Jamie also served as the New Product Development Manager at NextCard, where they were responsible for new product strategy, definition, and launch. Jamie began their career as an analyst at Lazard Freres & Co., where they worked in the mergers and acquisitions department. Jamie holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Jamie Hale has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics & Government from Bowdoin College.
