Janelle Nerison is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the insurance and finance industries. Currently serving as a Compliance Manager at Ladder Insurance since October 2021, Janelle has previously held the position of Senior Compliance Analyst at Pacific Life from August 2012 to October 2021. Janelle's career began at Renaissance Malibu as a Marketing Assistant and Executive Assistant, followed by roles as Research Coordinator and Executive Assistant at PEQUOT CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, INC, and Twin Haven Capital Partners, LLC. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunication Production with an emphasis in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, completed in 2004.
