Laura Hale

Laura Hale is currently the Head of Product at Ladder. Laura has an extensive background in both the private sector and in consulting. Laura started their career at The Carlyle Group as an Associate in 1995 and then moved to Robert M. Bass as an Associate in 1996. In 1999, they became Employee #1 at Ebates, a consumer-focused online shopping start-up. After Ebates, Laura spent nine years as a Consultant, during which time they provided strategy, marketing, finance, and business plan consulting services to clients.

After graduating from Phillips Exeter Academy, Laura Hale attended Wellesley College where they earned their BA in Economics and Russian. Laura then went on to attend Harvard Business School and earn their MBA.

Laura Hale reports to Jamie Hale, CEO & co-Founder. They are on a team with Steve Geiser - CFO, John Smiley - Head of Digital Marketing, and Jack Dubie - CTO.
