Sanjeev Kapur

Sanjeev Kapur is the current President at Ladder. Sanjeev was previously the Vice President of Marketing at LinkedIn from February 2013 to June 2021. There, they led a team of 250 professionals across digital marketing, pricing and go-to-market monetization strategy, marketing operations, performance management and data targeting, market research, and product marketing for the enterprise platform. Prior to LinkedIn, Kapur was with Google's Business Operations and Strategy team from January 2011 to December 2013 where they were part of a management consulting team supporting senior Google executives with high visibility projects and operational initiatives. Kapur started their career as a Summer Associate in Temasek Holdings' Investments Group in January 2008 and left in December 2008.

Sanjeev Kapur completed an MBA in finance from The Wharton School, an M.S. in management science & engineering from Stanford University, and a B.S. in electrical & computer engineering from Cornell University. Sanjeev also has A' levels from Raffles Junior College. In addition, they have completed certifications from LinkedIn in confronting racism, persuading others, Ram Charan on coaching high potentials, selling to executives, and Shane Snow on storytelling.

Sanjeev Kapur reports to Jamie Hale, CEO & co-Founder. They work with Natasha Cupp - General Counsel, Cara Gressen St. Martin - VP, Compliance, and John Smiley - Head of Digital Marketing.
