Marquita Jones

Marquita Jones is an experienced professional with a background in social work and program management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at LADD Inc. since December 2019, Marquita focuses on teaching and assisting individuals in meeting their physical and personal needs. Previously, Marquita held roles at LCA Vision as a Customer Service Representative, where duties included guiding patients in scheduling laser surgery consultations, and also worked as a Care Coach at Humana, providing outreach to Medicare and Medicaid members to improve health outcomes. Additional experience includes serving as a Service and Support Administrator at Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services and a Family Services Worker at Hamilton County Job and Family Services. Marquita holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Northern Kentucky University.
