Michelle Dao

Michelle Dao is an experienced Program & Events Coordinator at MIT Sloan School of Management, with a focus on global educational initiatives. Simultaneously, Michelle serves as a Local Ambassador for the Ladies Climbing Coalition, fostering empowerment and community among womxn and non-binary climbers. Previous roles include Marketing & Events Coordinator at meQuilibrium, where Michelle successfully led B2B marketing campaigns and event execution, and Marketing Director for the Northeast Union of Vietnamese Student Associations, developing engagement strategies. Additional experience includes leadership positions such as Chief Operating Officer of the Student Association at Binghamton University and various ambassador roles dedicated to promoting education abroad and community service. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Binghamton University and has also studied at Korea University.
