Martin Ruman

Martin Ruman has held various positions in the corporate world since 2003. Martin started their career as Managing Partner of ODYSSEYcz, where they also served as Managing Consultant and L&D Consultant, Account Manager. In 2010, they became Lead Consultant CZ/SK at OnTrack International Limited, and in 2012 they were Co-Founder of Test Center CZ and Community Grower/chairman of Hnutí zaHRádkářů - "tMartin gaRdeners movement". In 2014, they were Lead Consultant CZ/SK at Ottmann Global Partners GmbH and in 2016 they were Proud Member & Promoter, Product Owner at Red Button and Implementation Partner at The SQN Way. In 2019, they became Co-Founder of Sapience Studio and in 2020 they were Local Chapter Co-Founder & Ambassador at The Transformative Tech Lab. In 2021, they became Co-Founder of Ready Mind.

Martin Ruman's education history includes an MSc. (Mgr.) in Organizational Psychology and Clinical Psychology from Charles University from 1998 to 2005, a course in Applied Psychology, Intercultural Communication & Management from the University of Jyväskylä in 2003, and a course in Gestalt psychotherapy from the Institute of Gestalt Therapy from 2004 to 2008. Martin also has certifications from TestGroup Consulting in Bridge Ability and Bridge Personality, Assessment Systems Czech Republic in Hogan Development Survey and Hogan Personality Inventory, and QED Group a.s. in Q360 feedback and Sociomapping.
