Gerard Khorozian

Gerard Khorozian, MBA, MHA, has extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and operational management. Since November 2002, Gerard has served as an Administrative Manager at LADWP, overseeing financial planning and budgeting for the Power System Executive Office and managing safety and training programs. Additionally, as a Management Analyst II at Khorozian Corp and Dilbeck Real Estate since 2010, Gerard integrates consulting and advisory services with real estate sales. Previous roles include Management Analyst I in the Medical Services Division of the City of Los Angeles and Management Assistant in the Community Development Department. Educational qualifications include an EMBA from Loyola Marymount University, an MHA from the University of Southern California, and a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Southern California, complemented by an AA from Pasadena City College.
