Karen Haumann

Karen Haumann has a diverse work experience. Karen is currently serving as the CEO of "Lær for Livet," an organization dedicated to combating learning inequality for disadvantaged children and youth. Karen has also been appointed as a board member of "Dansk Danseteater," a significant cultural institution. Prior to their current roles, Karen held various leadership positions at "DM - fagforening," including COO, CFO, and Vice CEO, where they focused on digital transformation, organizational management, and union negotiations. Karen also worked as an interviewer and member of the screening team at "Lær for Livet" and as a leadership advisor, executive coach, and motivator. In addition, Karen has experience working as a director, deputy director, and chairman of the board at organizations such as "ARKEN Museum of Modern Art" and "Børnehuset Siv." Karen has also worked as an executive coach and consultant at "The Coaching Company" and "Right Management."

- From 1986 to 1992, Karen attended Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, where they obtained an M.Sc./Cand.Polit degree in Economics.
