Karoline Myklebust Linde has a diverse work experience in various organizations. From 2017 onwards, they served as the CEO of Laerdal Global Health, where they played a crucial role in the implementation and management of programs, particularly in the Africa region. Prior to that, they were the Program and Implementation Manager at the same company. Additionally, they worked as an Implementation and Program Advisor at Laerdal Global Health from 2013 to 2016. Linde also gained experience as a Project Coordinator at Laerdal Medical, where they were involved in project planning and development of funding proposals. Karoline has interned at both UNICEF and the Royal Norwegian Embassy Kathmandu. Furthermore, they held leadership positions as the President of ANSA - Association of Norwegian Students Abroad and as a Deputy Board Member at Statens lånekasse for utdanning. Linde's work experience also includes being a Guide at Geiranger og Nordfjord Cruise Handling and an Office Assistant at Norsk rikskringkasting (NRK). Currently, they are a member of the government-appointed Expert Group on financing of the Sustainable Development Goals at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Karoline Myklebust Linde obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Environment, Development, and Risks from Sciences Po in 2011. Karoline also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Sustainable Development and International Relations from Peking University in 2012. Additionally, they briefly studied at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2011, pursuing a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree. Prior to that, they completed a License in Political Science at Université Lumière Lyon 2 from 2005 to 2008. In 2004, they studied French at Université de Provence, and from 2000 to 2003, they pursued general academic studies at BJØRGVIN VIDEREGÅENDE SKOLE.
