Rhiya Pau

Rhiya Pau is an experienced investor currently working at Laerdal Million Lives Fund since May 2021, focusing on early-stage, data-driven, life-saving technologies. Prior to this role, Rhiya served as an Investment Associate in Private Equity at CDC Group plc from November 2018 to May 2021, specializing in growth investments in healthcare, consumer, and tech sectors in Africa and South Asia. Rhiya's earlier experience includes a tenure as a Consultant in Corporate Financial Advisory at Oliver Wyman, where commercial due diligence was conducted for buy-side investors. Additional background includes a Fast Stream Summer Placement at the Home Office and serving as a Member of the UK Youth Parliament for Harrow from 2007 to 2009.
