Chantal Mhanna

Chantal Mhanna is a skilled Lead Service Designer currently at Laerdal Medical since August 2024, following a role as Senior Service Designer at EGGS Design from March 2023 to July 2024. Chantal has extensive experience in service and product design, having worked as a Service Designer at IQUII from September 2019 to February 2023 and participated in a circular design program with Takween in 2022. Earlier career stages include internships at Attoma and T-Labs, along with self-employment as a designer and architect from 2013 to 2018, including notable projects like the Mechref House in Lebanon. Chantal holds a Master's degree in Product Service System Design and an Executive Master in Strategic & Service Design from Politecnico di Milano, along with a Master's degree in Architecture from Lebanese University.
