Courtney McKlveen

Courtney McKlveen (Hughes) is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in growth and revenue strategy across various industries. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Growth at Laetro since March 2025, Courtney has also worked as a Strategic Advisor in a self-employed capacity since July 2018. Previous roles include Head of Revenue at Xembly, Group VP and Head of Sales at Convoy Inc, and Operating VP of US Revenue & Strategy at Verizon Media. Courtney's tenure at Yahoo spanned eight years, during which multiple leadership positions in revenue strategy were held. Earlier career highlights include VP of Revenue at Buzzlogic and account management roles at Microsoft and Merrill Lynch. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from Western Washington University and has studied at Universitat de Barcelona.
