Bam Inika

Bam Inika is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently working at Lafarge Africa Plc since February 2023. Previously, Bam served as an HR Business Partner at NSIA Insurance Limited from September 2018 to January 2023. Prior to that role, Bam held various positions at Airtel Nigeria from August 2011 to August 2018, including Talent Acquisition Manager, HRBP/Shared Services, and HR Practitioner. Bam holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Sociology from the University of Abuja.
