Rachael Ezembakwe

Rachael Ezembakwe is an accomplished professional in health, safety, and environment management, currently serving as the Head of Health, Safety, and Environment at Lafarge Africa Plc since April 2023. Previously, Rachael held the position of SHE Manager for Unilever in Ghana and Nigeria from November 2018 to March 2023, overseeing multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers. Rachael's experience also includes serving as a Consultant at Solamek Consulting Limited and as Country Safety Manager at Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd, where significant responsibilities included managing safety across numerous manufacturing plants and implementing safety standards. Rachael's educational qualifications include an MBA from Business School Netherlands and an HND in Science Laboratory Technology from Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.
